Administrator & Employee

Read your current attendance status

Status helps distinguish a running work session from a break, an exit or a completed day.

Step by step

  1. Check the attendance status and latest event time shown in the app.
  2. Working indicates an open work session; a break or exit status indicates that the session has a different current state.
  3. Use the matching return or end action instead of repeatedly starting the same event.
  4. Administrators should compare the status with the latest recorded location and time before asking for a correction.
  5. If a status seems stale, let the app refresh over a working connection and check the latest event.

A planned shift is a schedule entry, not proof of attendance. Use recorded attendance events when reviewing working time.

Labels can vary with app version, language and company permissions. If an option is missing, check your account role before changing company data.
