Using OnTimeShift
OnTimeShift provides tools for company attendance, workplace locations, optional shift planning, requests and reporting. The features available to an account depend on its role, company permissions, app version and applicable company plan. This website is an information and help resource; it is not an employee attendance portal.
Accounts and company responsibility
Use accurate account and company details and keep access credentials private. Company owners and authorised administrators are responsible for their invitations, roles, location settings, workplace policies and the appropriate handling of employee information. Employees must record events accurately and use their own authorised access. Do not attempt to bypass access, QR or location checks, impersonate another person, or interfere with the service.
Attendance and reports
Check that attendance actions are confirmed and review errors promptly. Planned shifts and recorded attendance are different records. Company administrators should review corrections and reports before relying on them for payroll or workplace decisions. The app does not replace the company’s responsibility to meet applicable employment, privacy, recordkeeping or payroll obligations.
Plans, purchases and renewal
Paid tiers are company subscriptions. Active employee limits are company-wide; location and plan limits are shown on the Plans page and in the app. Google Play presents the actual local price, taxes where applicable, billing period and renewal terms before purchase. Google Play processes payments; this website does not take payments. Subscription management, cancellation and any refund request follow the applicable Google Play process. Signing out, uninstalling or deleting an app account does not by itself cancel a Google Play renewal.
Access after a plan change
After a trial or paid entitlement changes, the app evaluates the company against its available plan. A company outside its covering limits may have read-only access until it selects a suitable plan or safely reduces active usage. Review the app’s current status; do not assume a pending or unverified purchase grants paid access.
Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains data processing, third-party services and available choices. Use Account & Data Deletion for app and external deletion-request routes. Some historical company attendance may remain detached from a deleted identity as described in that process. Support verifies ownership before acting on an external account request.
Availability and support
Network connections, device settings, third-party platforms and updates can affect availability. During testing, access and behaviour may change. Keep the app current, retain required company records and report errors through support. We do not promise that every device or third-party service is uninterrupted. Nothing here removes any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.

Brand illustrations explain the product and do not show live employee records. Help instructions may vary with language, role or app version. Website USD prices are reference amounts and are not a universal tax-inclusive checkout promise. Do not copy or reuse OnTimeShift branding or artwork without permission.
