Set up OnTimeShift as an administrator
Start with your company, workplace locations and team. You can begin recording attendance before building a shift schedule.
Step by step
- Open OnTimeShift and choose the administrator sign-in route. Sign in with the account you want to use to manage your company; complete any email verification shown.
- Create your company and check its name. Use a recognisable name so employees can identify the right workplace when joining.
- Add your first workplace location. Check the map point and attendance radius before sharing its QR code.
- Invite your employees using the correct email addresses and their invitation PINs. Ask each person to finish their own email confirmation.
- Confirm each employee has the correct permitted workplace location, then try a complete clock-in and clock-out.
- Add shifts only when your company needs advance planning. Check the Team and Reports sections as real attendance records arrive.
Keep your administrator account separate from employee invitations. A website visit does not create or modify your company.
Labels can vary with app version, language and company permissions. If an option is missing, check your account role before changing company data.
