Add, replace or remove a profile photo
A profile photo is optional and helps colleagues recognise the right person in the team view.
Step by step
- Open your Account/profile and use the avatar or photo control.
- Choose an appropriate image and complete the save action.
- Allow the app to finish syncing the resized photo.
- To change it later, reopen the same control and choose a replacement or remove option.
- Administrators editing another team member should confirm the person before saving.
The app stores a small resized JPEG with the company profile. Authorised managers can see team avatars.
Labels can vary with app version, language and company permissions. If an option is missing, check your account role before changing company data.
