Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription
Google Play manages payment and renewal. Cancelling renewal and deleting an OnTimeShift account are different actions.
Step by step
- Open Google Play with the account that purchased the company subscription.
- Open its subscription management and select the OnTimeShift subscription.
- Read the renewal date and available cancellation or management options.
- Follow Google Play’s confirmation flow and check the resulting status.
- In OnTimeShift, review the company plan and the access period shown after subscription status updates.
Do not rely on uninstalling or signing out to cancel renewal. Refund eligibility and billing decisions follow Google Play’s applicable process.
