Why is my QR clock-in not accepted?

A rejected scan may be related to the code, workplace assignment, GPS evidence, timing or the current attendance state.

Step by step

  1. Read the complete error message. Check the company and location named in the message.
  2. Make sure the QR belongs to your permitted workplace, not another branch or company.
  3. If you have an assigned shift elsewhere, ask the administrator to check its location and time.
  4. Check location permission, device location services and reported accuracy. Move to a place with a better position signal if needed.
  5. Check whether you already have an open session, break or exit. Use the appropriate action for that state.
  6. If the issue remains, send the error, app version and attempted time to the administrator or support.

Do not scan another branch’s code or repeatedly change location settings to bypass a rejection. No attendance event should be assumed saved without confirmation.

Labels can vary with app version, language and company permissions. If an option is missing, check your account role before changing company data.
